P.H. Coates, IV aka Fourth Coates obtainted his real estate sales licence in 1985 and has been a licensed Broker since 1990 and has sold properties primarily in the Texas Hill Country, the Southwest Texas area as well as South Texas. He grew up in Brackettville on his family's working ranch and later received a degree in Finance from Texas State University, formerly Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos.  He is currently the Chief Appraiser for Kerr County and previously was the Chief Appraiser of Bandera County. He is also the Chairman of The Rural Chief Appraisers of Texas as well as the Vice President of the Bandera County Board of Realtors and a board member of The Texas Land Broker's Association.  He is a fifth generation Texan and continues to ranch his family ranch, The Spanish Gourd Ranch in Kinney County.  His unique blend of past experiences which includes banking, mortgage loan officer, rancher, Chief Tax Appraser and real estate broker gives him the "edge" over other professionals in fulfilling your real esate needs.  He is looking forward to listing or finding that "perfect" property!
